• Customer sources timber locally if specified on drawings for the awning system.   Everything else is provided in the kit.
• Frame attachment to building structure can be adjusted for slope to the sun, but also width of placement to match up with casements on windows or stud walls. Requires four people to lower or raise the awning.  We advise that you be prepared and enough help when attempting to change awning position to the sun.
• Recommend setting the inverter to one side of the window on small concrete pad or attach to wall.  Includes weather resistant cabinet with everything pre-wired and tested... Just install batteries and hook up PV stringers before starting up system, being careful to follow all instructions provided and taking great care to prevent harm to you or your property.
• You must conform to local and safe electrical codes and insure your system is properly grounded.  Modules are rated for 1000V DC, but 600V DC is maximum for residential applications and is limit for our supporting inverter and hardware.
• Battery storage is available upon request.
• Lead-time after full payment.  Please allow 45-75 days.

• IS THERE ANY SHADING IN LOCATION YOU WISH TO INSTALL THE SOLAR AWNING?  TEMPORARY SHADING WITH OUR THIN FILM MODULES WILL BE OK, BUT IS BEST WITHOUT ANY OBSTRUCTIONS.
• ANY DISTANT MOUNTAINS IN THE HORIZON OR HIGH RISE BUILDINGS AND TREES TO RESTRICT EXPOSED HOURS.
• WANT YOUR AWNING TO BE EXPOSED DIRECTLY SOUTH, BUT IN HAWAII AND OTHER SOUTHERN REGIONS WHERE THE SUN AND WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE IDEAL AND ELECTRICITY IS VERY EXPENSIVE, PLACEMENT ON EAST AND WEST SIDES OF STRUCTURE IS A WORTHWHILE INVESTMENT.  IN THESE REGIONS, PLACEMENT OF PVT MODULES ON NORTH SLOPES OR HORIZONTAL OR VERTICAL MOUNTING IS VERY EFFECTIVE, BUT NOT AS EFFICIENT AS SOUTHERN EXPOSURE AT EFFICIENT SLOPES.
