All G-P LLC orders are shipped via UPS small package and freight with shipment confirmation and tracking information included on every order. Our shipping policy is simple and customer friendly:
Domestic Customers:
- UPS
Small Package
- Free standard ground shipping on all commercial and
residential address orders within the continental United States.
- Orders shipping to AK, HI, PR, and VI are subject to
shipping charges, options are displayed at checkout.
- Expedited small package shipping options are available
at checkout at additional cost.
- UPS
Freight LTL
- Free standard freight shipping on all commercial
address orders within the continental United States.
- Freight orders shipping to residential addresses are
subject to a delivery surcharge imposed by UPS Freight of $105.00.
- Orders shipping to AK, HI, PR, and VI are subject to
shipping freight charges, we will contact you with shipping options.
- Expedited freight LTL services are available; contact
us for shipping options and pricing information.
- Lift gate and driver notification services are
available for commercial, on-site, and residential freight
deliveries. These services are subject to surcharges imposed by UPS
Freight, pricing of which are available at checkout.
- Remote and limited access areas may incur additional
shipping surcharges imposed by UPS Freight.
International Customers:
- Orders with a shipping weight less than 150 lbs have UPS shipping options and pricing available at checkout.
- Orders with a shipping weight in excess of 150 lbs are subject to shipping freight charges, we will contact you with shipping options.
- Ordering customers will be responsible for all customs duties and related export/import fees.
